Every STILLFORM piece is made to order for you by our print partner, theprintspace, and dispatched directly from their production facility.
Processing & delivery times Because each print is produced specifically for your order, your delivery window includes made-to-order production. Estimates below are in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) from the day you order:
- United Kingdom — 6–10 working days
- Germany — 6–10 working days
- Europe (EU) — 6–10 working days
- Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland — 6–10 working days
- United States — 6–10 working days
- Canada — 6–10 working days
- Australia & New Zealand — 6–15 working days
- Rest of World — 6–15 working days
Shipping rates Final shipping is calculated at checkout. Current rates:
- United Kingdom — £6.95 (FREE on orders over £75)
- Europe (EU) — £12.95
- Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland — £16.95
- United States — £24.95
- Canada — £35.95
- Australia & New Zealand — £65.95
- Rest of World — £65.95
Tracking Where tracking is available, we’ll email it to you once your order is dispatched.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders) Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These aren’t included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs or postal delays are outside our control.
Delivery address Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
Damaged or lost parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t turn up within a reasonable time, contact us — see our Returns & Refunds policy and we’ll put it right.
